Join us for Accessibility First Friday, with two dinner seatings (5:30 & 7 pm) on either side of a fun musical Shabbat service (6 pm).   

Oheb Shalom believes that all individuals with disabilities should have the opportunity to participate in every aspect of congregational life to the fullest extent possible. On Accessibility Shabbat, and throughout the year, we celebrate the uniqueness of our congregation and community members with varying levels of ability.

The February 7 First Friday is co-sponsored by Arlene and Ron Silikovitz in honor of their 60th wedding anniversary and Ron's birthday and retirement; by Heather and David Murray in honor of their daughter Rachel’s 10th birthday; and with a generous contribution from the Inclusion and Belonging Committee. 

This year’s Accessibility Shabbat is hosted in memory of Steven Weinstock z”l, beloved Oheb member and son of Ellen and Sam Weinstock.
